A couple of weeks ago, I participated in Bicycle Ride in Tokyo and biked through Tokyo Bay area. There are not so many cars in this area and it’s really good for cycling. And this time, I once again came to Tokyo Bay area and this time, enjoyed walking and shopping.
Today, I participated in a bicycle event “Bicycle Ride in Tokyo”. Starting from Hibiya Park, I enjoyed cycling while seeing bay area Tokyo’s sightseeing spots. It was 28-kilo meter ride. Here is today’s route map.

It is still a little cold but it was fine day so I did biking to the riverfront. Starting from Nihombashi area (I biked to Nihombashi from my home, to be precise), took Eitai Dori Avenue which goes to Eitai Bridge. This bridge has a very beautiful shape.
The Sumida River which is one of the most famous river in Tokyo is a branch of Arakawa River. It started from the northern part of Tokyo and flows into Tokyo Bay. The total length is 23.5km. Along the river stretches the pathways which are pleasant promenades for walking and biking.
